Tutoring Experience

After graduating early from high school, I started posting private tutoring ads and started working with many clients almost immediately. I found Tutornerd about two years ago and it has been a wonderful platform for me to connect with many new students and families. I now have 4+ years of experience tutoring students (7th grade to college level) in Pre-Algebra, Algebra I and II, Geometry, Trig, Precalc, Chem, English/Writing, and Spanish I and II. I am in the process of achieving my B.S. in Stats and minor in Econ from CSULB. I also speak/understand four languages: English, Arabic, Spanish, and French (in order of fluency).

Why choose Jad?

Tutoring is perhaps one of the most enriching and stimulating professions out there, especially for a college student like me. I have worked with so many amazing students over the years, and have developed personal relationships with many students and families in my community. Not only have I helped these students achieve academic and personal success, but I have also benefited from their acquaintance in more ways than I can count.

Other Interests

Although I spend most of my time studying mathematics and tutoring, I do have some peculiar interests outside of work. I love learning new languages and developing my conlang. I also write in my free time, often in response to pieces I’ve read or films I’ve seen. I think any free time not spent learning or contributing in some way to one's family or community is ultimately time lost, and so I try my best to not deviate from this standard, even through my leisure interests.
